Job description

Actively greets members, verifies membership cards, and keeps entry counts while providing a high level of member service. You’ll perform warehouse safety and security checks on foot and by vehicle, ensuring a secure shopping environment.

About the Role: Member Service Assistant

As a Member Service Assistant, you’ll conduct hourly warehouse safety and security inspections—walking the perimeter, correcting spills or hazards, and filling out inspection forms for the duty manager. You’ll also attend safety meetings and report findings.

You’ll welcome members at the entrance, offer carts, count entries using a handheld counter, and manage exit checks—verifying receipts, arranging assistance for any issues, and discreetly monitoring armored vehicle pick‑ups and after‑hours exits.
