Experience with Intune is an asset Experience with installing operating systems via Auto Pilot is a definite asset Basic understanding of Active Directory and Network tools

Location : Saint John, NB
Job Type : Full-time
Shift : Monday to Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm
Wage : $26.00-$29.00 / hour
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be aiding in installing OS, Apps, and updates to company devices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Installing Operating Systems using Autopilot onto company devices
- Documentation of tasks and apps installed
- Troubleshoot issues and follow instructions
- Assign devices to users via Intune
