The Opportunity

Mawer Investment Management is seeking a high curiosity Applied AI & Automation Summer Student to help our Operations team streamline their workflows and strengthen controls. You will build and test practical automations using a low-code / workflow automation platform to reduce manual touchpoints in trade support reconciliations data quality checks and client reporting processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with current Operations experts to design and implement workflow operations
• Find use cases where AI could improve current processes
• Assist in building AI agents to streamline tasks
• Triage pilot issues monitor agent / automation performance and escalate risks promptly with recommended solutions
• Document automations so they can be maintained for future use
