Roles and Responsibilities -

Analyzing Salesforce application requirements and creating a detailed testing plan

• Executing test cases and scripts to verify the functionality, usability, and efficiency of Salesforce applications
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting software defects and issues to the development team
• Working closely with the development team to understand the functionality of the software and provide constructive feedback
• Conducting regression testing, stress testing, performance testing, and other types of testing to ensure the overall quality of Salesforce applications
• Reviewing software documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Creating and maintaining test data for use in functional and non-functional testing
• Assessing the impact of new releases on existing functionality

Continually updating knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies

Experience in Both Waterfall and Agile process.
