Responsibilities
- Quickly analyze the available data and find the root cause of the problem during production issues
- Suggest improvements to supported applications and systems as needed
- Translate ideas into technical and business realities, and map technology to business problems
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in software development and supporting complex large-scale customer facing platforms6+ years experience as a Java developer with a preference for Java 8 / Spring6+ years experience in building public and internal REST APIsStrong experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.) – 2 recent projectsStrong experience using Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Launch Darkly, etc. – 2 recent projectsNice-to-have : FI / Digital banking experience preferred but not requiredNice-to-have : Well‑rounded knowledge of Agile principles and flexibility to adapt to new evolving environmentsSoft skills : excellent English verbal and written communicationSoft skills : ability to distil technical details into simple terms and influence decision making across stakeholdersSoft skills : excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex initiativesLeadership and hands‑on technical experience, can‑do approach to automation, management, and continuous improvement for efficiency and cost effectivenessReliable, proactive, results‑oriented, customer‑focused and attentive to detailFlexible to adapt to a dynamic environment, quick decision under pressureBenefits
