Responsibilities :

Managing files from open to close;

Drafting pleadings, summaries, motions, settlements, mediations and pretrial memos;

Scheduling examinations for discovery, mediations and court appointments;

Preparing AOD, documents production sets and undertakings;

Maintaining accurate calendars; and

Trial and Hearing reparation.

Requirements :

5 years Law Clerk experience with Tort / Personal Injury;

Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized institution; and

Excellent time management and organization skills.
