About Epic Pharmacy

Epic Pharmacy is an independent, patient-focused pharmacy grounded in trust, autonomy, and community health. Located on the west coast of Vancouver Island, we serve a diverse rural population and partner with Indigenous communities. We’re seeking a Pharmacy Manager or Staff Pharmacist to join our care-driven, values-based team.

You’ll be joining a group of dedicated individuals who are empowered to shape how care is delivered—with autonomy, mentorship, and meaningful relationships at the core of what we do.

Role Highlights

• Pharmacy Manager : $65–$75 / hour; Pharmacist : $60–$70 / hour (negotiation based on experience)
• $10,000 or $5,000 recruitment bonus based on position (12-month return-of-service agreement)
• Discounted furnished waterfront suite in a quiet residential neighbourhood
• Store hours : 10am–6pm; closed on statutory holidays
• 10 days off every 2 months (optional for work–life balance)
• Autonomy and direct mentorship from owner
• CE support and a full clinical scope
