Position overview

Are you interested in learning more about the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) is the world leading industrial coating resins company? allnex is looking for SHE Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the site's overall strategy with respect to safety. You will focus on data analytics and ultimately use the data to predict and prevent injuries from occurring.

If you are proactive with a strong safety sence and you want to achieve allnex goal of zero injuries, then we are waiting for your application.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for site safety management, establish VSL, BBS, near miss, incident management.
• Be responsible for establishment and implementation the safety production standardization, risk identification and control, JSA.
• Be responsible for SHE training, promotion and communication to improve employee’s awareness and competence of EHS; Establish and maintain SHE training plan and matrix.

Maintain and implement SHE system.
