Position : Customer Service Representative

Location : Saint-Laurent

Salary : Up to $55K (depending on experience)

Schedule : 40 / hrs per week (no overtime + no weekends) on-site, 5 days per week

Our client a global leader, specializing in designing, developing, manufacturing, and distributing products and technologies across automotive sectors, located in Saint-Laurent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

We would love to meet :

  • Fluently bilingual to effectively communicate with customers from the Ontario region.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client service in telecommunications or similar (call center or automotive)
  • Minimum DEC completed education or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or telemetry (an asset)
  • Highly developed resourcefulness and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility and team-oriented
  • Main Respons i bilities : - Coordinate service calls immediately upon receipt

  • Efficiently allocate technicians based on client proximity
  • Conduct follow-ups with technicians after each service call
  • Address all overnight messages promptly
  • Optimize and maintain technician appointment schedules and routes
  • Handle administrative tasks related to billing processes
  • Update client records in the database
  • Compare service timesheets and purchase orders with maintenance schedules
