A Montreal Foundation, active for 50 years in the fight against child abuse, is looking for an administrative assistant to join its team in the vibrant Angus neighborhood in Montreal, between Hochelaga and Vieux Rosemont.
You will assist the general director of clinical services in various tasks such as writing, document review, and file management.

Responsibilities
- Managing the schedule of the General Director.
- Supporting the board of directors (drafting correspondence and minutes, participating in meetings).
- File management.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in the French language, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and initiative-taking skills.
