Location : Various locations across Ontario

As a Family Lawyer you will provide legal counsel and representation to clients facing familyrelated issues such as divorce child custody and domestic violence. You will work to protect clients rights while navigating complex emotional and legal matters with sensitivity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in divorce child custody and spousal support cases.
• Draft and review legal documents including prenuptial agreements and custody arrangements.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide legal guidance on family law rights and responsibilities.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing with the Bar. Experience in family law practice and litigation. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong research, drafting, and problem-solving abilities.
