Job descriptionOperate injection molding machines efficiently and safely Perform visual inspections of molded parts to ensure quality Trim, clip, and degate parts as required Record production data including cycle times, scrap counts, and downtime Prepare packaging for the next shift Follow job- specific procedures and documentation Assist with reclaiming inserts Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete tasks according to production schedules with minimal supervision Monitor product quality throughout the molding process Ensure compliance with BOM specifications and quality standards Accurately log job tracking, timekeeping, and productivity metrics Wear required PPE at all times Follow and promote company health and safety policies Report equipment or material issues to the Supervisor immediately Maintain a safe and clean working environment Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs Company events Dental care Extended health care On‑site parking Paid time off 10 hour shift Monday to Thursday
On behalf of our growing Barrie client, we are recruiting for a Molding Operator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Injection Molding Machines, inspecting components, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
