Job description
Responsabilités
- Effectuer des inspections, diagnostiques, estimations et réparations sur les véhicules ;
- Rédiger et analyser les bons de réparation et les rapports d’inspection des véhicules en collaboration avec les conseillers techniques ;
- Expliquer les réparations et travaux d’entretien aux clients ;
- Aviser la direction et le propriétaire de véhicule dans le cas où celui-ci s’avère dangereux ;
- Inspecter quotidiennement les postes de travail afin d’assurer la sécurité et la propreté de l’atelier ;
- Assurer une excellente communication entre les diverses parties impliquées dans l’entretien ou la réparation de véhicules ;
- Réaliser toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences
- Permis de mécanicien et permis de conduire valides ;
- 5 à 10 années d’expérience en tant que mécanicien automobile ;
- Connaissance des technologies automobiles actuelles ;
- Excellent service à la clientèle ;
- Connaissance de la pratique de CoStar, un atout ;
- Excellente communication et capacité d’écoute ;
- Esprit d’équipe et de collaboration ;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
