Job Summary

  • Oversees unit's technology setup, including computers, POS terminals, KDS systems, and digital screens.
  • Teach, train and build capability with the onsite team.
  • Manages installation of IT-related infrastructure and equipment.
  • Coordinates with external suppliers, adheres to budget, and ensures efficiency.
  • Programs menus and pricing into POS and other systems.
  • Delivers training for key associates on various technology systems.
  • Provides on-site technology support
  • Ensures compliance with IT and cellphone policies.
  • Maintains premium service standards and adherence to policies.
  • Demonstrates advanced computer literacy and supports technology-based systems.
  • Monitors startup costs and reports spending to Operations & Finance.
  • Leverage Learnings and optimize processes.
  • Supports stakeholder meetings and collaborates with on-site operators.

  • College / University or Apprenticeship in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in food service operations.
  • Strong understanding of the food service industry.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills for mobilization timelines.
  • Clear understanding and communication of CGC policies.
  • Team player, setting an example for new associates.
  • Empathetic presenter skilled in engaging large groups.
  • Maintains professionalism and exhibits critical thinking.
  • Problem-solving with creativity under pressure.
  • Remains calm under unexpected situations.
  • Ability to travel to sites on demand including up to 25% overnight travel.
