As a Group Benefits Service Representative, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients.
Working in the Business Development team, you are called to keep up to date with our newest products and services through multiple departments and channels, all while building and maintaining business relationships with your advisors and clients.
You are asked to review, understand, and answer complex requests and help promote our offering based on client needs and the team’s business objectives.
You work with clients with diverse needs and significant development potential for your sector. You analyze member / client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. Your work and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of business.
