Location : Various locations across Ontario

Rehabilitation Managers oversee rehabilitation services in healthcare settings ensuring quality care and compliance with standards while managing staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support rehabilitation staff including therapists and aides.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for rehabilitation services.
  • Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets staffing and resource allocation for rehabilitation programs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare leadership to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field (Master s preferred).
  • Experience in rehabilitation services and staff management.
  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards in rehabilitation.
