Reports To : Store Manager / Shift Supervisor

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, handling payments, and providing outstanding service.

As the face of our store, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Accurately scan, process, and complete customer purchases.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments when needed.
• Balance cash register and generate daily transaction reports.
• Follow company guidelines for cash handling, including managing cash drawers.
• Monitor inventory levels at the checkout counter, including items like bags and receipt paper.
• Follow all safety and security protocols while on duty.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
