Mobile Asphalt Plant Operator, Highway Construction

Description

You are a safety-focused Asphalt Plant Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience. In this role you will work alongside our Highway Construction team on diverse paving projects across Alberta. As a collaborative team player you prioritize safety and readily assist wherever needed.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate the mobile asphalt plant safely and efficiently.
• Utilize computer skills to manage plant operations effectively.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and ensure smooth functionality.
• Monitor operations to maintain consistent production, complete daily checks, and keep accurate plant logs.
• Comply with and uphold Ledcor’s Health & Safety programs.
