A leading automotive manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Specialist in Windsor. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to develop standardized manufacturing processes utilizing Lean methodologies. Responsibilities include leading process improvement events and training personnel. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred qualifications in industrial engineering and relevant experience in manufacturing environments. The position offers a salary range of $74,000 to $124,000 plus bonuses.
