We are looking for a full-time contract Program Assistant to join our team!

The Program Assistant will provide support to the Program Manager and the Black Health and Social Services multi-disciplinary team by carrying out administrative tasks that impact daily operations including general office duties participating on organizational committees and providing project support. This role is required to be on-site at various CMHA and / or partner sites as well as in the community as required by program and client needs.

Status : Full-time contract until end of March 2026 37.5 hours per week. Note this posting is for an active vacancy

Salary : $ 42930 - $49825.84 annually (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary)

Location : This position is based out of our 601-7700 Hurontario St. Brampton office. Although we operate within a hybrid workplace model staff are required to have on-site and / or community presence as per program and client needs.
