Job Description:

The Quality Technician supports quality operations by ensuring incoming and outbound products meet established quality requirements.
This role involves inspecting, testing, documenting, and reporting on spare parts and finished products while supporting production operations and maintaining consistent quality standards.

Requirement/Must Have:

Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar quality control role.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and tools.
Proficiency using measurement equipment such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and design drawings.

Experience:

Hands-on experience performing inspections and quality control activities.
Experience documenting inspections, tests, and non-conformities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Inspect, triage, and report spare parts and products according to quality requirements.
Perform testing and analysis using appropriate tools and equipment and document results accurately.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities or deviations.
Prepare clear quality reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance procedures and standards.
Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.

Skills:

Quality inspection and testing techniques.
Measurement and inspection equipment usage.
Technical documentation and reporting.
Microsoft Office applications.
Google Sheets.

Qualification And Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.
