At in‑lite we are looking for a Content Specialist / Academy Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role you are responsible for both content creation and the coordination of training and Academy activities. You ensure that our knowledge, products and brand story are translated into strong, consistent content and well‑organized learning experiences for internal teams, partners and customers.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and the Global Academy team to align content and training with business goals and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑quality content for training materials, presentations, guides, online platforms and internal communications
• Adapt and localize global content for the Canadian market
• Ensure content is consistent with in‑lite’s brand identity and tone of voice
• Coordinate updates and improvements to existing content
