Required immediately, our LOCAL ABBOTSFORD BRANCH is seeking a Full-Time Production Worker (Monday -Thursday 5 : 30am - 4pm).

Production Workers in our Stone Division are responsible for a variety of tasks related to hard surface manufacturing, including grinding, polishing, laminating, sealing, inspecting products and other related tasks. The position requires the safe and efficient use of a variety of hand tools and mechanical lifters. Loading and unloading materials during production and cleaning up the floors and areas that surround your work area are also required.

Desired Skills & Experience :

• 1-Year experience in a similar role with polishing on natural stone and engineered quartz an asset or experience auto detailing considered transferrable skills
• Experience using grinders and polishers an asset
• Must be hardworking, motivated, well organized and task oriented
• Basic computer skills, MS office
• Have the ability to read units of measurements
• Demonstrate knowledge of hand woodworking tools and operate power tools such as table saw, chop saw, grinders, polishers etc.
• Strong communication (both written and verbal)
• Possess a valid Driver's License and clear criminal record check
