Job description

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication and marketing strategies that promote our business, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our brand presence.

Wage : 36.00 hourly / 40 hours per week

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Starts : As soon as possible

Work Setting : Business (on-site only; no remote option)

Job Requirements

  • Language : English
  • Education : College / CEGEP diploma
  • Experience : Experience an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop

    • All kinds of events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes

  • Communication strategies
  • Policies
  • Portfolio of marketing materials
  • Marketing strategies
  • Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

    • Experience and specialization

    Computer and technology knowledge :

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Salesforce
  • MS Office (Outlook,Excel, Word)
  • Google Drive
  • LinkedIn
  • WordPress
