Mechanical Foreman

Overview

Are you a hardworking Mechanical Foreman eager to lead a crew and advance your career? Hall Mechanical is looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman with residential multi-unit and commercial experience to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a crew of 10+ Journeymen and Apprentice Plumbers; organize and maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems.
• Oversee the installation of all materials, equipment, and systems to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Perform quality control inspections to exceed client expectations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Plan and coordinate sub-trades, identify efficiencies and cost-savings to maximize project success.
• Supervise workers and projects, arrange training sessions, and coordinate manpower scheduling with the developer / general contractor.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, such as HSE reporting, 3-week lookaheads, and QA / QC.
