Typical Workday
Under the supervision of the regional sales manager, you will ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include meeting objectives, maintaining standards, recruiting, training, and motivating staff.
Sales
Optimize store performance and profitabilityTrain staff on customer service and product featuresAnalyze sales and implement solutions to increase salesSchedule staff based on performance and trafficSet and communicate sales goalsReport to regional managerHuman Resources
