We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for our Hydropower and Dams team. This role is a unique opportunity for a technically strong individual who also thrives in project leadership and business development. You will play a key role in driving project success, building client relationships, and growing our business.

• Technical Leadership : Lead a project to deliver high‑quality electrical engineering and design work on time and within budget. Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and quality assurance for all electrical deliverables. Prepare and review calculations, equipment specifications, and vendor documentation. Check vendor drawings and data for compliance with specifications. Develop conceptual designs, studies, reports, and proposals. Prepare detailed design, supply, construction, and installation specifications.
• Site Visits : Visit project sites and other Hatch design offices for project‑related activities as required.
• Project Management : Serve as Project Manager or Engineering Lead on select projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning. Coordinate with multi‑discipline teams to ensure seamless project execution. Track project metrics and proactively manage risks and issues. Ensure effective communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Business Development : Actively contribute to client relationship management, identifying new opportunities and maintaining ongoing engagement. Support proposal development, including scope definition, estimating, and client presentations. Collaborate with the team to develop strategic plans for market growth. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.
