DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll assist with day-to-day office tasks, support account managers, communicate with clients and vendors, and help ensure every project is delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to management and sales teams
Assist with order entry, invoicing, and data management
Communicate with suppliers and clients to coordinate projects
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and promotional materials
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Support the planning and execution of company programs and events.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Ability to work on your own
Current Resident of Canada
