Job description :
The role of the coordinator is to plan, execute and complete projects according to scope, deadlines and budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts between the different teams in order to deliver projects according to the plan. The coordinator will also define the project objectives and supervise quality control. The Project Manager is also responsible for controlling the scope and final quality of all deliverables.
Skills and qualifications :
- University degree (project management, health sciences or communication is an asset)
- PMP or CAPM certification (active)
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- Self-starter who works well in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Can easily adapt to changing priorities, requests and deadlines thanks to analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with the adoption and implementation of new software and technologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English) and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment is crucial
