Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 base + bonus
About the Opportunity:
Our client, a rapidly growing consumer beauty organization with distribution across major North American retailers and digital platforms, is hiring an Ecommerce Manager to support the continued expansion of its online sales channels. This is a hands-on digital commerce role suited to someone who enjoys owning execution, analyzing performance data, and collaborating across departments to drive growth across Amazon, retailer.com platforms, and emerging marketplaces.
The ideal candidate is commercially curious, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Channel Execution
- Support day-to-day ecommerce channel operations across Amazon and retailer.com platforms
- Assist with pricing updates, promotional planning, assortment updates, and basic inventory coordination
- Contribute to digital merchandising initiatives and online campaign execution
- Marketplace & Advertising Support
- Provide support for on-platform advertising initiatives and retail media programs
- Assist in evaluating and onboarding new marketplace platforms
- Participate in testing new digital growth opportunities
- Product Content & Merchandising
- Maintain and enhance product listings including copy, imagery, and enriched content
- Support seasonal content refreshes and digital storytelling updates
- Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS, and in-stock rates
- Assist in preparing reports and identifying actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate performance data into improvements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Sales, Operations, Finance, Creative, and external partners
- Help coordinate ecommerce initiatives across departments
Qualifications: - 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, or CPG
- Working knowledge of Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, and/or Amazon advertising exposure)
- Demonstrated progression in previous roles
- Comfortable interpreting digital performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Able to work onsite four days per week
