Job descriptionValid BC Security License Have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes Basic First Aid certificate or willing to obtain Gain valuable experience as a stepping stone into a law enforcement career Competitive hourly wages Health & dental benefits Free uniforms Training to succeed in your role Positive and professional attitude, with strong customer service skills Able to de-escalate any situations as needed Proficient with Microsoft Office, and equipment such as faxes and photocopiers Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner Strong multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills Physically able to perform assigned duties, including the ability to conduct extensive foot patrols Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for a Full Time security guards to work at one of our sites in Surrey.
Rotation : Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm
Pay Rate : $21.67 / hr
Some of your responsibilities include :
- Monitor / mange the fixed entry points on the site.
- Identify any information concerning security deficiencies and report them.
- Access control.
- Use of electronic equipment.
