As Manager of manufacturing engineering - Integration, your key responsibilities include :
- Lead a group of engineering graduates and technical specialists
- Identify, select and introduce new manufacturing technologies
- Optimize end-to-end product manufacturing (yield of existing products and new product introduction)
- Optimize flows, layout, and workstations.
- Ensure that capital investments are completed on schedule and within budget.
How to excel in this role :
Detain a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other engineering discipline, additional degree in administration or other field an assetPossess 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering team managementProven experience in organizing, motivating, and training teamsExperience in optimizing manufacturing processes and procedures in electronics and / or aerospace manufacturing.Lean Six Sigma certification an assetWhat sets you apart :
