Job Description

We are seeking a highly energized, organized, and professional candidate to join our Room Reservations team at the Castle in the Rockies! Are you an individual with a high level of attention to detail and a gregarious personality? Are you one who is looking to grow your skills in the area of Reservations and Revenue Management, within the hospitality industry, whilst enjoying the breathtaking setting of the Canadian Rockies?

Starting Rate

Hourly rate : $19.59 per hour. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly up to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.93.

Job Duties Include

• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
• Make room reservations, handle internal and external communication for leisure / Group / Tour & FIT segments as assigned within the department.
• Efficiently produce and execute daily reports for segments, auditing reservations and updating as needed
• Correspond with guests / clients via email or telephone while monitoring Reservations voicemail regularly
• Work closely with Sales, Front Office and Accounting teams to ensure all client expectations are met and / or exceeded
• Assist with duties within other Reservations Segments (Leisure, Tour & FIT & Groups) when required
• All other duties as assigned.
