The Accounting Technician reports to the Controller and supports the finance function in all daily accounting activities. This role suits someone who enjoys a balance of recurring accounting tasks and project-based work while contributing to a high-performing professional team.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Processing accounts payable invoices and reconciliations
• Preparing monthly project billings and related documentation
• Managing credit card expense processing and reconciliations
• Assisting with timesheet processing and payroll support
• Performing general ledger account reconciliations
• Preparing government remittances and reporting
• Supporting accounts receivable and collections activities
• Assisting with journal entries, month-end, and year-end tasks
