OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATOR - Exempt (Permanent, Full-time)
NATURE OF POSITION : The Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Coordinator is a key partner in the delivery of a wide range of the Regional District's Health and Safety initiatives including employee wellness, attendance support, OH&S Program management, compliance and training. The OH&S Coordinator is responsible for conducting regular evaluations, and revisions as required, of the Regional District's Occupational Health and Safety Program, policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
The OH&S Coordinator reports to the Manager of Human Resources and is an active contributor on the Regional District's Human Resources team.
Travel within the Regional District will be a requirement of this position.
