Responsibilities

Lead the gathering and documentation of detailed business requirements, gap analysis, and the design of current and future state processes related to enterprise logging
Contribute to the streamlining of logging systems, optimizing architecture, and eliminating redundancies to enhance operational efficiency
Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to gather and refine business needs and technical requirements
Develop and refine process models, collaborating with agile teams to design the future state of enterprise logging systems
Assist in evaluating the impact of decommissioning TIBCO systems and ensure effective integration with Splunk infrastructure for security monitoring and debugging
Facilitate requirements sessions, process design workshops, and sprint planning meetings while ensuring clear communication and alignment with project managers and stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum of 6+ years of Senior Business Analyst experience, with a strong background in IT and Security Operations, including detailed requirements gathering and process improvement

CBAP, Six Sigma, PMP, ScrumMaster, or Product Owner certification preferred

Deep knowledge of IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) areas and techniques, with a focus on requirements elicitation and documentation

Experience with tools such as Visio, JIRA, and Confluence; familiarity with TIBCO and Splunk is highly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, present complex information clearly, and ensure alignment across teams

Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop contingency plans and proactively address project risks

Pay Rate : $90-100.00 / hour
