As the Contract Administrator you will be visiting job sites while working with clients, contractors and the internal team, in the preparation and review of Contact Documents and resolving contractual and construction issues.

Maintaining regular communications with internal staff, contractors and clients daily throughout the construction period, managing the entire contract process, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support to Project Managers on contract-related issues.Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor contract performance and ensure that all parties comply with contractual obligations.Make routine site visits and provide the supporting documentation, follow up on site visit reports, and meeting summary.
Produce deficiency lists, sign the Certificate of Payment prepared by Administration. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and databases.
Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with contracts and propose solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Ensure that all contract-related documents are properly executed and filed.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Architecture or Technical program.
Ideally you will possess 8+ years of CA experiencePrior experience with contract documents is required.Proficient with the following platforms : Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe & Sketch-Up.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage conflict, negotiate and provide leadership to Junior and Intermediate staff.
Possess strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and be able to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will receive an attractive compensation package $90K-$120K (dependent on experience) + bonus (based on performance) extended benefits, paid parking and flexible work hours.
