We are currently looking to fill a permanent, full-time position for a HRIS Coordinator for our Farms Human Resources Department at our Leamington, ON location.

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for Human Resources duties that support our company objectives, including but not limited to system and platform maintenance, user support and training, process improvement and automation, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Specific Duties

  • Collect, clean, and analyze employee data, including demographics, recruitment, performance, engagement, retention, diversity, etc
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations on HR metrics, providing actionable insights
  • Identify and propose opportunities for improving HR processes and outcomes through data insights.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and other departments to understand their analytical needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage and maintain the administration of the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
  • Coordinate efforts to configure, update, and optimize HR systems to meet evolving business needs
  • Partner with IT and HR teams to integrate data from multiple sources and maintain a comprehensive data warehouse.
  • Support and train HR staff and end-users on system features, reporting capabilities, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.
  • Identify and propose data quality controls and audits to maintain high standards of data integrity within the HRIS.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to streamline HR operations through a systematic approach.
  • Recommend changes with a strong emphasis on data quality and precision, developing and maintaining thorough documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage and troubleshoot employee key card program issues
  • Support / Act as Backup for Priva Labour Program and Payroll :
  • Review and validate employee productivity data and activity reports for accuracy.
  • Maintain and update activity tags, job / row programming, and produce calibration tools.
  • Assist with inventory management of PRIVA readers and tags, program setup, and system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors on quality control reports and train staff on software usage and data review processes.
  • Manage crop setup, plant density records, and activity codes tailored to crop requirements.
  • Prepare and review weekly activity cost reports, adjust piece-rate costs, and ensure accurate employee cost profiles.
  • Ensure proper integration of PRIVA data with payroll systems, including data uploads, corrections, and adjustments.
  • Conduct weekly timecard accuracy checks
  • Support the HR team with various administrative duties and company events as needed.
  • Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in people analytics and HRIS data and system management; ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Ability to manage data with extreme precision, ensuring error-free results and maintaining high quality standards
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
  • Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as PowerBI
  • Excellent project management skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively train HR staff on system functionalities and advocate for user needs
  • Strong customer service skills for effectively assisting and supporting employees with HRIS-related inquiries and issues
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs is an asset, supporting data analysis, integrations, and system functionality
  • Working Conditions

  • Works in an office setting with travel between locations as needed.

  • The HRIS Coordinator works Monday – Friday, occasional holidays and weekends as needed.
