Technical Advisor

Our client, a distributor of recreational vehicles and accessories, is looking for a technical advisor for their service center located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.Salary between $17 and $30Schedule : Monday to Friday 80% of the time, Thursday evenings and Saturdays as needed (approximately once a month)Main duties- Greet customers to make appointments or pick up their new or used vehicles- Note the checks and repairs requested by customers- Make appointments based on the work and repairs to be done- Create work orders, follow up with customers on the work, and close work orders- Explain to customers the work we have done on their vehicles and the items that will need to be replaced in the future- Estimate the work to be done and the expected time and notify customers before costs are exceeded.- Bill customers and explain the invoice to them- Communicate with technicians to ensure they have the parts they need during the work to adjust inventory- Occasional evenings and weekends during busy periodsRequirements- Experience in a similar position- Training as a mechanic or significant knowledge of mechanics and assessmentsWorking conditions- Salary based on experience- Full-time- Benefits- Attractive personal purchases
