Title : Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focus)

Salary Range : 120-140k$

Location : Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area

Type of Role : Full-Time, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office / week)

Auxo Recruitment is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focus) to join a seed-stage startup pioneering AI-driven sales technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the product direction and company culture in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement solutions across full tech stacks, integrating AI to optimize sales strategies.
  • Lead the development and deployment of scalable SaaS products, ensuring high performance and integration.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and product managers to drive product innovation and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years in software engineering, with a solid background in computer science.
  • Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and AWS.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and shipping full-stack SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, or experience working closely with ML engineers.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, adept at navigating and thriving in a fast-paced setting.
