You Are :

An experienced Epic skilled and certified person in Epic Health Information Management (HIM).

Core Responsibilities :

Depending on the client engagement, the Epic HIM (Health Information Management) Senior Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client to :

• Document current state business workflows.
• Analyze and design new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications.
• Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, and requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Basic Qualifications :

Here is what you need :

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst role.
• A bachelor's degree or completion of a college program is usually required.
• Experience and certification in Epic Health Information Management (HIM).
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.

Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bonus points if you have :

• Minimum Experience in at least 1 full upgrade of Epic.
• Experience in Onbase, Solarity, Interfacing Applications.
