Scope of the Position

The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and timeliness. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, assigning daily tasks, providing hands-on support, and driving safety, quality, delivery, and morale. The role also involves continuous improvement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and regulations.
• Train, guide, and coach employees to meet operational goals.
• Evaluate interpersonal skills and provide feedback for improvement.
• Schedule and assign personnel based on production needs.
• Optimize equipment and material use for maximum output.
• Assess employee capabilities and match with job requirements.
• Monitor output, processes, efficiency, expenses, and quality metrics.
• Measure performance and quality indicators.
• Achieve operational Key Process Indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules.
• Participate in management meetings to review results and improvements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Manage Environmental and Quality Management Systems as per company policies.
