About the Role :
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining various information systems within the company, ensuring systems are properly installed, backed up, and archived across departments. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance and updates for websites.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in both hardware and software systems, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be fluent in both English and Chinese, as you will collaborate with our subsidiary in China. The successful candidate will also be self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to incorporate new knowledge and feedback into daily work.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct tests and analyze data to monitor website quality, security and user experience, identifying areas for improvement.Develop and implement procedures for ongoing website updates to ensure the site remains secure, optimized, and relevant.Monitor and maintain website functionality to ensure high performance and accessibility.Research and evaluate interactive media software products, recommending tools that enhance website functionality and user engagement.Oversee ERP systems and internal workflow tools to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient operations across the company.Manage the daily maintenance and performance of the company's computer network systems.Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and hardware / software installations to maintain up-to-date and secure systems.Manage employee email accounts, permissions, and access to various information systems.Provide technical support and maintenance for office equipment, including computers, printers, and related peripherals.Assist with data backup, recovery, and archiving to protect and ensure the accessibility of important company information.Enforce data security policies, ensuring sensitive information remains secure and compliant with regulations.Monitor and address security vulnerabilities to safeguard digital assets and prevent breaches.Collaborate with departments to integrate website functions and technical requirements, ensuring departments have the necessary tools for optimal operations.Assist the after-sales team in managing and tracking spare parts inventory to ensure smooth technical operations.Perform additional tasks assigned by the General Manager to ensure efficient business operations.Qualifications
Degree or diploma in a related field such as Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, and / or Network Engineering.Proficiency in both English and Chinese.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with senior decision makers and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback.Self-driven individual who embraces change.A positive, "can-do" attitude and customer-orientated approached that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity.Requirements
