The Opportunity

RVS invites you to apply for a temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) Elementary Generalist (Grade 3) - Christian Program teaching position starting immediately until March 16, 2026 at R.J. Hawkey Elementary School. This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.

R.J. Hawkey Elementary School is located in the City of Airdrie and serves students from grades K-6 including the Christian Program and Pre-Kindergarten Program. For more information regarding this school, please visit their website at .

The Christian Program is an alternative program offered by RVS. The program focuses on integrating the Christian faith and a Biblical world-view in a public school setting. The Christian program is a community where people and relationships matter, where identity and culture is clearly defined by their Christian faith, and where an excellent learning community is provided for their students.
