As part of our ongoing growth and brand evolution, we are looking for an organized and detail-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is a head-office based role focused on coordination, organization, and execution of national marketing programs. This position marketing team by keeping projects on track, managing timelines, and executing core digital and administrative marketing tasks.
This is an ideal role for a highly organized marketer who excels at project management and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Calendar Coordination
- Maintain the national marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of national campaigns and promotions.
- Track creative approvals and deliverables across internal teams and agencies.
- Support the Director of Marketing with reporting and administrative tasks.
Digital and Email Marketing Execution
Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns.Update website content and assist with digital marketing initiatives.Help track and compile campaign performance metrics.Administrative and Creative Support
Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries.Coordinate printing and distribution of in-store marketing materials.Provide minor graphic design support such as resizing assets and updating templates.Assist with general administrative duties for the marketing department.What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
Two to five years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.Strong digital marketing familiarity including email platforms and social media.Excellent project management and organizational skills.High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Basic graphic design skills are an asset.Retail or franchise experience is a plus.Personal Attributes
