The Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating risks associated with our lending operations while providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions.

What will you be doing?

• Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports for management
• Analyze root causes of business problems and recommend corrective actions
• Develop business presentations for senior management
• Present product / portfolio performance at monthly senior management meetings
• Monitor key risk indicators and develop risk reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate risk assessment
• Provide strategic recommendations based on risk assessment findings to support business growth and profitability objectives
• Conduct regular reviews of existing risk management processes and propose enhancements for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in risk management to ensure compliance and proactive risk mitigation

What experience do you have?

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week , from our Pickering or Toronto office.
