Solutions Architect

One of our client is looking for a Solutions Architect, who will be partnering with other architects, define and maintain the architecture blueprint focused on efficiency, best practices for any upcoming IT initiatives, ensuring they are in alignment with the business objectives. Someone, who can lead the development and design initiatives to introduce new tools to the technical landscape of the organization.

Responsibilities

• post-secondary qualification in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application design and architecture, with practical expertise in conceptualization, modeling, and designing systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud (AutoCloud), Data Cloud, ID Management (Customer / Internal), or Java development.
• Familiarity with ITIL and BPM practices, using tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience working in multi-platform environments, including Unix, Windows, and AWS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of IS management practices and technological challenges, encompassing SDLC, infrastructure, application design, development tools, as well as project and process management.
