We’re seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit team and help elevate our brand.
Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, supporting our listings from start to finish, and driving brand growth across multiple channels. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and adaptability to manage projects efficiently.
Location : This is a full-time, in-person position based in Toronto, requiring regular attendance at our office at 477 Mount Pleasant Rd and properties across the city (mostly in Midtown, but can extend to other parts of the GTA). Working hours are 9 AM - 5 PM.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute marketing plans for brand growth and property promotion across multiple channels.
- Campaign Management : Lead multichannel campaigns (digital, print, social, email) to promote properties & thought leadership, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Content Creation : Manage content updates for all marketing assets, including digital content, videos, and print materials.
- Data Analysis : Track marketing performance metrics, optimize strategies, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Project Management : Oversee the marketing budget, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Market Knowledge : Stay updated on real estate trends and apply this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Graphic Design : Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing materials.
Optional Skills
SEO & Web Analytics : Experience optimizing content for search engines and using tools like Google Analytics.Event Marketing : Experience planning and executing marketing events, such as open houses or client appreciation gatherings.Marketing Automation & CRM : Familiarity with Ixact and Follow Up Boss and other tools for automating campaigns and managing customer relationships.Team Leadership : Skills in managing or mentoring team members or external contractors.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field and / or 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.Strong knowledge and a keen interest in the Toronto real estate market, particularly in tracking trends and applying marketing strategies for various property types.Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.Excellent communication skills with a metrics-driven approach and creativity.Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and social media strategies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting timelines (e.g., new listings added).Why Join Us?
