Job descriptionExperience with IT Support calls tracking and documentation Strong business communication skills and attention to detail, with emphasis on delivery timelines and expectation management Ability to handle and resolving IT issues remotely and direct client facing Experience in a start-up organization / project where end to end IT Scoping & implementation was executed (Infrastructure, custom developed application as well as packaged) Ability to assess and handle Inventory management Documentation skills including managing Standard Operating Procedures, Service Improvement measures. Experience in handling multiple IT Projects and IT Set ups Experience of working across multiple time zones and supporting multiple geographies will be advantageous
