Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will have a heart for compassionate activity and humanitarian work. This role will add capacity to GAiN’s marketing, communications and development by working on various projects and tasks necessary to fulfill organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operations (65%) : Marketing materials, promotional materials, donor fulfillment, and design of basic materials for print and digital collateral.
• Relationship Manager Support (10%) : Support documents and material preparation for Relationship Managers and Church Partnerships Director.
• Event Support (10%) : Logistics and set-up support for events, management of RSVPs and attendee information, and coordination of webinars.
• Website Content Management for GAiN (10%) : Creation and update of online donor pages, and updating of globalaid.net with current ministry statistics.
• Social Media (5%) : Creation of visual content for GAiN’s social media, monitoring of social media guidelines, and creation of video marketing assets.
